Sophia Birthday

I'm a little late getting this out. I keep for getting to finish it.

Another Birthday!! May 3rd she turned 6. This past weekend we celebrated her Birthday with a puppy theme. The one thing she wanted so very much was a puppy. Her wish came true. Her dad broke down and got her a puppy. She doesn't get to get it until after June 5th. That day is a day to look forward to. I still love watching her play soccer. It is amazing to see how hard she works. Still very srong willed. I don't think she is going to be a girly girl. She like jeans and tee-shirts. Loves school, is very good at school. Saves her naughtyness for home. Happy Birthday baby love you!!!

Slumber Party!!!

Sophia had her first real slumber party on Saturday. I had planned it with a couple of her besties and they did real good about keeping it a surprise. We went to the movie, did make-up, had fashion show, ate junk food and stayed up until midnight. That was highlight staying up late.

New Year, New Ideas

I applied for this design team. I'm really excited I hope I get picked. I tried once before for another website but didn't get picked. If I don't I will have to try again. So anyways I need to start adding my layouts to my blog so that when I do apply for a design team they can see my layouts. These are some of my favorite ones.

My Holiday Values

I'm taking a Holiday At hand class. I'm really excited about it. The first part of the class is to write about your values for this Holiday season. What I want to remember and what I to do with my family this season. Jesus is the most important thing about Christmas.
Family is the second most inportant value that I want to teach my children. I also want the teach my children that they are very fortunate, and that we should help someone out this Holiday season that is less fortunate. Tradition I love it. Milk and cookies, PJs and matching outfits. This year I want to make ornaments, make gingerbread houses and have a count down to christmas. I would love to do something with my friends this Holiday season not quite sure what I want to do though. These are a few of my ideas I will have more later.

Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween from the Thomas family. Trick or treating was a success. I wish it would have been a little warmer, but I'm not complaining. It wasn't raining. In the mix of all the Halloween festivities we even had a basketball game. Grant's first basketball game. It was so much fun to watch. Very humorous!

A Year older

I have been wanting to do this with my children for awhile on their Birthdays and haven't had the chance to do so until day. Grant turned 8 on September 21. I can't hardly believe that he is 8, where does the time go? Grant is Sensitive, Funny, lovable. I love to see the Joy in your face when something to you is great and when you do something great. Happy Birthday Bubba I Love you very much!!

Sophia turned 5 on May 3. My baby is growing up. I think Starting Kindergarten was harder on me then it was for her. Sophia is silly, stubborn ( I think she gets that from her dad). I love how you want to learn. Your determination is infectious. I loved watching you play soccer this fall, you never give up even when it was snowing and freezing out. Happy Birthday Phia Rose love you very much.
